Today just after 1500 hours the Company along with CCDES P1 were alerted for a motor motor vehicle accident reported with rescue at Rt 40 and Jackson Station Rd. Being a Monday in the middle of the day R6 responded with 2. After given additional the officer of R6 requested the next due rescue. On arrival R6 and P1 they confirmed 1 trapped and immediately went to work. After assessing the scene it was determined that a door pop and seat removal would all that would be necessary and with the eventual arrival of E614 and 2 members with gear on their way home from work the extra rescue got canceled. Extrication was completed in 20 minutes and patient was placed into A791. 1 patient was flown to Shock Trauma and 1 patient refusal was handled. LT 6-4 (Huffstutler) held the Pulaski Highway Command.
