Today Santa paid a late visit to the West Side delivering a late Christmas present. He told members he had to leave it behind on Christmas Night because it was so big and it took him a couple extra days to get down from the North Pole. With some very tired reindeer he left a brand new 2009 Pierce Arrow XT Pumer Tanker. T6 was delivered late this afternoon. The unit will be at Station 6 for the weekend and will be picked back up by Singer Associates on Monday and taken to Middletown, DE. to be cleaned up and have some minor things fixed and small things mounted. Final delivery is scheduled in the next week or 2. Congratulations to the Committee: Lloyd Beard (chair), Ray Ryan, G. E. Ryan, Eddie Ryan II, and Brian Williams for designing a beautiful lookin piece. It will serve the Comapany well for many years.
